By accessing the Yiven Substrate (the "Software"), you hereby agree to adhere to the protocols established by Ralph the Systems Architect. Yiven is a high-fidelity development environment engineered for Sovereign architects.
Users are permitted to steer their codebases through high-level intent. The Software serves as a bridge between human architectural vision and machine-executable syntax. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the core substrate logic without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.
License grants are tied to specific Node allocations. Moving between plans (BYOK, PRO, EXPERT) is handled via dynamic proration. Use of the Software on unauthorized nodes may result in immediate handshake termination.
Data sovereignty is a core directive of the Yiven project. We operate on a local-first principle whenever possible to ensure your architectural blueprints remain under your absolute control.
Limited telemetry is utilized solely to optimize the Inference Mesh. We do not sell your data. Your identity is cryptographically linked to your node, managed through secure authentication substrates (Firebase/Stripe).
When using 7B/8B local models, all processing occurs on your hardware. No architectural intent leaves your system unless you explicitly choose to bridge to a remote cloud LLM.
The Yiven web-substrate uses essential cookies to maintain your authentication handshake and session stability.
We use secure browser storage to maintain your login state and preferences across sessions. Disabling cookies may break the secure handshake required for site access.
